Description:  Basic City was the original name of Waynesboro, Virginia - the town was originally founded by the railroads (it was the crossing point of the N&W and C&O (now Buckingham Branch). As a location of two railroads, the town attracted industry and grew thus making it an newer city than the neighboring city of Staunton. Eventually, the name was changed to Waynesboro.

Description:  This former Coal Powered Power Plant will be coverted into a bar as part of the restoration of the original Western State Hospital campus (which later was used as Staunton Correctional Center after the new campus of Western State Hospital, which itself is planned to be replaced in a couple of years pending funding, into condos, offices, and retail shops. The former Western State is a stunningly beautiful location and was located right next to the C&O hence coal power was an obvious choice. The presence of the C&O nearby also led some Western State patients to commit suicide by jumping in front of trains
