Description:  Taken from I-95 coming home from a week long vaction from N.C. I noticed the Amtrack train on the Elevated rail line in Richmond, VA. So as we're moving at 70MPH on the highway, I try as best as I can to get the shot of the Amtrack infront of the " Carolina and Consolidated Building", it was no easy task!
