It was published originally in the September 1956 issue of "Trains" magazine, page 25. Photo by Philip R. Hastings. Photo Caption: "Pennsy J-1's walking lake-bound coal out of Grogan Yard, Columbus." Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #6486 and #6488. Both are J-1A (2-10-4) "Texans" built in Juniata during April of 1943 and retired in October of 1957 after just 14 years of revenue service.
