Description:  According to http://donsdepot.donrossgroup.net/dr1110.htm: 1154, GP38, was built in September 1970, #36681, as Baltimore & Ohio 4815, Class GP-38. It was later 2115 and then became CSX Transportation 2115, Class GP-38. It was retired on January 21, on 1997, and sold to Illinois Central on April 23, 1997. It was sold then to Helm Atlantic as 115 on October 24, 1997, It was sent to Transportacion Ferroviaria Mexicana 1154 in December in 1997 and returned to Helm as 1154 in June 2000. It went to K&O 1154 in May 2001.
