Description:  Or at least gold enough for PC to keep running. Penn Central bought several Fs from Rio Grande to trade in towards new GP38s, but these four were the pick of the litter and would go on to serve PC and Conrail. Title:  Former PC Prime Mover Car #73600
Description:  Unusual car built from an old F7B unit whose purpose was to carry prime movers during rebuilds in the Penn Central era. Technically, this is now a Conrail item since the date is April, 1980. I cannot find it listed on a Conrail roster however. This is not to be confused with Conrail's Q1 prime mover test car, formerly CR 6097, nee-EL 3632, which wore the EL's bicentennial paint.
