These are Baldwins RS12s, if you look close the stacks are capped, this the dead line, not a train.

Great shot but to shed some light the this was the dead line, they are facing south and the railroad took off north to where the hills are in the background. This photo has to be from about 1983 or 1984 as the RS12's werent acquired until 1979, hence their 7900 series numbering. The RS12's were sold to the E&LS. The switchers sandwiched in there were DS4-4-750's ans S8's. There were two of each and they were Weyerhaeuser engines. The 101 is still here in KF and the 102,103 and 105 were scrapped here in KF. Again great shot thanks for sharing
