George Redmond General Good shot. 7/14/2008 6:13:36 PM
Mike Kirsch General What the Heck!!!! Does he need to be that close to the train? 7/14/2008 9:28:47 PM
Dan Morisseau General Jason and his pal, "Scottie" 7/14/2008 10:52:01 PM
A.N. Austin General That is not his "pal" Scottie. Please quit posting information you know nothing about. 7/15/2008 1:48:41 AM
David Sanderbeck General Hey its Satan and Santa Fairy. 7/15/2008 3:22:00 AM
David Sanderbeck General Who the assclown in the van? 7/15/2008 3:22:38 AM
A.N. Austin General Mr. Sanderbeck, please keep your ugly comments to your self. I'm sure some feel the same way about you. 7/15/2008 10:54:28 AM
Scott Wren General well A.N.....if people didn't get so "up close and personal" Spiv wouldn't have to call the assclowns...ASSCLOWNS!!! 7/15/2008 5:57:55 PM
Scott R. Ikemeyer General Dave, are you an assclown? 7/15/2008 9:33:01 PM
Zach Pumphery General Hey there A.N., how the f*ck do you plan to make us keep our "ugly comments" to ourselves, assclown? We can say whatever we want. The guys in the picture are assclowns, and so are you. With tards like these around railroad tracks, who needs satellite T.V.? Speaking of those guys, f*ck them too, right Tracy? 7/15/2008 9:50:35 PM
Pat Scott General Dave, the question has been raised. Are you indeed an assclown? Mr. Austin (a.k.a ???,) who implores you to keep your comments to yourself, then makes his own assumptions, would like to know. 7/15/2008 9:57:32 PM
Doug Wolfe General This is really a great shot of the train. The guy? Next season's new NBC reality TV show, "Railfan." 7/15/2008 10:03:54 PM
Doug Wolfe General This picture has a ton of hits. 7/15/2008 10:04:41 PM
Scott R. Ikemeyer General ...and a couple misses as well. 7/15/2008 10:10:59 PM
Scott R. Ikemeyer General Cool shot, otherwise 7/15/2008 10:12:46 PM
Pat Scott General Tracy, perhaps your shot would have been better taken from a foot away. From the looks of it, you can see the train better when up close. At least that is what I assume from looking at the picture. 7/15/2008 10:34:44 PM
A.N. Austin General Mr. Pumphery - anyone who spends their time squabbling on a web site about someone looking at a train is the one who needs serious help. Get a life! 7/16/2008 1:47:33 AM
Scott R. Ikemeyer General Now isn't that ironic? Who's replying at 1:47 AM? 7/16/2008 5:34:03 AM
A.N. Austin General Mr. "Ikemeyer" it isn't 1:47 where I'm at, so stick it, dude. You look at trains just like this Jason guy does, regardless if it's from 1 ft. away or not! 7/16/2008 10:57:40 AM
A.N. Austin General Mr. Pumphery feels he or his "pals" are at liberty to say what he wants about another's character in a public forum. That is fine, and while this is a free country, it is a country with laws. Be it known that defaming one's character is grounds for the legal system to handle. So, please, carry on with your discussion. 7/16/2008 11:30:31 AM
Zach Pumphery General With pleasure, Mr. Austin, thank you for yielding the floor. Shouldn't we be more concerned about the dude in the picture rather than what you think of me? I personally don't give a f*ck, and I can tell you neither of my "pals" care what the f*ck you think, either. We think the guy is a moron for standing that close, if don't agree that where he stands is a valid concern, great. Please, go stand up there next to him next time. I hope a f*cking metal strap doesn't catch both of you by the legs and drag you halfway to Shattuc. As for "squabbaling", I don't care that he's watching a train, it pisses me off that he's within the automatic warning devices, which in some jurisdictions, is grounds for a citation, just as if you drove past them with a car. Since when was pointing out somebody putting themselves in a hazardous situation defamation of character? Go to hell, pal. 7/16/2008 2:34:51 PM
Zach Pumphery General Oh yeah, you're an assclown. 7/16/2008 2:36:13 PM
Mike Kirsch General This country has also got laws about standing to close to a train...railroad property. 7/16/2008 2:37:41 PM
Mike Kirsch General What I can't figure out is why you, Scott aka: A.N. Austin , didn't tell him to stand back. You are just as guilty as him. And I bet if something happene to him or either both of you guys, you probably would end up sueing the railroad. 7/16/2008 2:45:19 PM
Zach Pumphery General Yeah, and let's see here, Dave never called anybody in the picture an assclown, so why all the fuss? Unless you own the van, WTF are you worried about, since Dave called the van owner an assclown, not you, Scott. 7/16/2008 3:19:33 PM
A.N. Austin General What Scott are you all referring to? Scott Ikemeyer? There is only one person in the subject picture that is even remotely identifiable. His location is close relative to the locomotive, however, nobody has absolute proof or knowledge as to when the subject moved to the location in this photograph, and whether any witnesses had time to react to tell him to step back. Do I condone his location? Probably not. But I can't, nor can anyone else, speak if they don't have proof of what they are speaking about. None of you can identify any other person in this photograph, thus any comments made out of assumption are both false and damaging, and furthermore, without circumstantial evidence, similar comments made about the visible party in the photograph without known facts (duration at the location, speed of train, ability of witnesses to warn him of any dangers, etc.) could also be considered damaging and therefore those who participate in such a discussion are liable for any damages to one's 7/16/2008 4:17:08 PM
A.N. Austin General reputation. 7/16/2008 4:18:17 PM
Tim Huemmer General Ok I've had enough of this crap. The dude in the picture is obviously way too close to the locomotive and should not by any means be there. End of story 7/16/2008 4:20:11 PM
