Used at Valley Jct. tower in Reading, which controlled all of the interlockings on the "Belt Line" and was active until at least the 80s. At the far left is Klapperthal Jct. (now known as "Titus") and Cumru Jct. To the right just underneath the lamp is Valley Jct (today "Leisey"). Above and to the right of Valley Jct. are the interlockings Wyomissing Jct. and Lawn (the latter of which was removed around 1993 or so, although the siding there is still used to store cuts of coal hoppers). Further along to the east the Belt Line narrows to single track briefly to cross the Tulpehocken Creek. Belt Line Jct. is visible on the right end of the display. |
