2670 looks to be a GP40-2 Troy, unless it was downgraded for some reason

Yes, Virgil, that was pointed out to me by Kermit Geary, however, I had no control, on what RRPictureArchives put as its type. However, I belive it to be downrated, but just noticed, from the smoke, it is the only unit not puffing, from the notch up. Who Knows?

All I know for sure, this was a fun chase, the mine is about three miles up the branch, and the road is by the tracks all the way.

These are rebuilt into GP38-2's. They have that paper air filter box up next to the dynamic hatch.
