Unit history: #1 - MP SD40 #727. #2 - MP #3027. #3 - SP SD40M-2 #8658. #4 - UP #4684. #5 - UP #2734. Detailed history: Leased to NdeM from November 1989 to June 1991. Stored unserviceable at Ft. Worth, TX. Sold to NRE on 9 Oct 1991. Sold to MK in January 1994. Rebuilt to SD40M-2 by MK Rail, Mountaintop, PA, and completed as SP #8658 on 3 October 1994 (assigned UP #4684). Earl Hampton	General	Right now the train is on the SOUTH main, which is on the NORTH side (used to confuse the heck out of me at NE Tower) and is going thru Schwegmann's Crossovers. Jerry Sires	General	Schwegmanns receiving parking lot is to the right of the image. No spears were thrown. I use to carry a portable scanner turned into the NOPD 1st District who got lots of radio traffic. I carried it in my shirt pocket and when I was suspecious of someone I would act like I was talking to someone and watch them look around as to who I was talking to. I never had any incidents in the Ninth Ward in all my years of shooting in the area.	8/18/2010 6:14:33 AM
