WB. Here is an image of a photo that was taken at the Passenger Station in Altoona, Pennsylvania, c. 1947. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5508, a T-1 (4-4-4-4) "Duplex" built in Juniata during December of 1945 and retired in March of 1952 after just seven years of revenue service. The names of the photographer and the three Railroaders pictured here are not recorded. William E. Burket Collection.
