A static display caboose sits in this spotÞnow with the depot restored as a meeting hall and local historical and visitors center. The old ALCOwas sold to the Alabama River Pulp paper mill at Fountain , AL working as a plant switcher. It was used for a while untill RELCO took over the switching at the paper mill using a chop nose Geep unit. The unit was eventually scrapped on site some years later.
