I&O WCH-C arrives

I&O train WCH-C arrives at the north end of Midland City siding for a meet with the Greenfield Local. Power is a pair of SD40-2's, both ex-CP. The 2nd unit is an I&O in the red/gray RailTex/RailAmerica scheme.
