By the time the pictures were taken in this album somewhere in the late 1970s and early 1980s, the LW still represented an operational railroad with leased Southern Railway SW power and car storage. The railroad now exists as a short lead off the ex CofGA main and lends its reporting marks to a large railcar leasing entity more than as an operating railroad
