| This is the NS Shenandoah Valley mainline they are standing in the middle of taking photos. This is actually the third time I've seen people posing for photos on active raillines - in every case young women. Its not like its only one location, I've seen a pair in Muscatine, Iowa on the ICE, in Petersburg, VA on the NS, and here again on the NS. |
