Joseph Hinson General The 3821 is indeed ex-Conrail (then Norfolk Southern and HLCX) but the 3820 is not. It was originally DT&I. The rest of the history escapes me. They got it from RTEX and it's actually either a GP38 or a GP38AC. 12/21/2012 4:14:12 PM
Joseph Hinson General Should add that some of the confusion comes in because L&C numbered it 3820 while their ex-Conrails are 3819 and 3821, which were both HLCX numbers. 12/21/2012 4:15:49 PM
