| CN local traverses the former SOO yard at Menasha, WI on 11 Dec. '16. They are returning to pick up their train, which they had dropped east of De Pere St. (the current street signs have been lazily bastardized to Depere St.) while they serviced several industries. The facility in the backgrlund is currently home to Alliance Industries, 313 Appleton St., Menasha, WI,#they apply powder coatings and manufacture sand cores. Founded at Waupaca, WI in 1979, they leased the adjacent facility at 320 Appleton St. in 2005. They later purchased that facility as well as this one/ It clearly used to receive rail service, but it does not seem to currently.
