WAMX 4223 looks sharp in the autumn evening light as the T3 power rolls out of the fuel ramp  Contributor's Pick!
Ever wonder what a WSOR SD45 would look like? Wonder no more! Although, 4223 has been remotored with a 16-cylinder, 3K HP 645 to become the functional equivalent of an SD40-2. The unit spent about a year in service on the WSOR in its ex-CIT modified UP scheme (red/white nose chevrons). I'm fond of that scheme and would have liked to catch it then, but I gotta say this looks better!
