Portraits 3. Here is a steam locomotive portrait via F.R. Kern that was taken in East Altoona, Pennsylvania, c. 1938. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9201, a B-6S (0-6-0) switcher built in Juniata as B-6 number "7541" during 1906, renumbered "9201" in November of 1907, rebuilt as a B-6S in May of 1929, and renumbered "9982" in February of 1948. Visible in the background is the wooden ramp leading up to the East Altoona Coaling Wharf. (#4 of 33)
