Rebuilt from an older 2-8-0 Consolidation by the B&O shops, this beefy 0-8-0 was given a new lease on life and new job as a rugged yard switcher. As seen here, the switcher lasted into the late 1950's before meeting the scrapper's torch. An unknown photographer caught it with a good head of steam in the Willard, Ohio, yard. |
