NORAC Rule 282a- Name; Advance Approach aspect Flashing Yellow over Steady Red. Indicattion- Proceed prepared to stop at he second signal. Trains exceeding Limited Speed must begin reduction to Limited Speed as soon as engine passes the Advance Approach Signal. |
