Byerly. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Fred Byerly. Shown here (L to R) is Penn Central Railroad engine #4456 and another unit whose road number is not recorded. Both are E44 (C-C) electrics built by General Electric for the Pennsylvania Railroad and rated at 4,400 horsepower each. #4456 was constructed in March of 1963. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded.
