Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on 6 April 1940. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #7470, an H-8SA (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as an H-8A during May of 1910, rebuilt in Juniata as an H-8SA in December of 1917, and retired in December of 1949 after 39 years of faithful service.
