That BN #9732 is an E8 or E9, not an E3.

The 9732 is not an E-unit, it's an F.

This was shot on a January. Look closely. It's likely the SDP40fs pilot has a combo of snow slush and dirt on it.

Looks like an F-3; probably ex-NP.

9732 is an Ex Great Northern big sky blue F-3. We had not encountered any snow on the trip, I believe the black paint was not adhrering on the pilot of the SDP-40F and was flaking off.
