CP 521855 seems to be a familiar sight
These pipe loads on flatcars have been a common sight on trains all over southern Wisconsin this summer. There must be multiple major sewer and/or water main projects ongoing.

Rail Road Robby	General	Not Water!! Gas!! These pipe went over the CP track to. They are for the pipe line that goes in Wis Delaven, Whitewater,Gambridge,RIO,Endeavor, GrandMarsh,Friendship and soon on. I know, It on a CP car!	8/2/2008 10:31:54 PM
