Good utility locomotive built in 1912 by Baldwin sits hn the Willard yard with a load of coal in its tender and its fire lit. Specifics from the back of the photo - class Q-1B, 64" drivers, 190 psi boiler pressure, 26x32" cylinders, engine weight of 282,200 lb, tractive effort of 54,587 lb, reclassified as Q-1BA in 1914-15, coverted to T-3B #5575 in 1945, renumberred as #717 in 1957, retired on 8/12/60.
